GIRL GUIDES AND BOY SCOUTS LORD BAjfrEN' j POWELT,'S WORDS WELLINGTON, March 13. In an interview, Lord Baden Powell, Chief Scout, said he was very pleased with what, he hjid seen, when commenting on his tour of New Zealand. Lord and Lady Baden Powell left Wellington to-day for Sydney. They expect to spend two months in Australia, after which they will visit South Africa before returning to England. The Chief. Scout said that the Scouts were now working on right lines and the Girl Guides, similarly, were in a good state of efficiency. They were well offkored.and fully understood the ideals and methods of the movement.
