V ‘ The Premier, Mr. Hogan, announced that with the object of giving practical help to the Government dn its endeavours fo balance the gadget, the Commissioners of the fState Savings Bank have decided Voluntarily and unanimously to make for the current financial year a substantial reduction in interest on Victorian ' Government debentures and Vtock held by- them.
