MURDER CHARGE SUSPECT CROWN TO DROP CASE Press Association. —Copyright. (Reed. 11.10 a.m.). MELBOURNE. This Day. Adam Graham, who was committed for trial for the alleged murder of Mary Dean on January 30, is to be set at liberty. The Crown Law Department decided to enter a nolle prosequi. A similar case in which one MacMahon was released after being committed for trial on a charge of murdering Mena Griffiths in Melbourne its reported on page six.
