In order to avoid condensation of moisture, which would result, if r,he inside were warmer than the water, ho stated that sub-zero weather would bo maintained inside the vessel, except for the drying chamber, whore they could keep warmer for relaxation, and in which moisture absorbing chemicals will be kept.
