APPEAL MADE TO BRITAIN "COUNTRY IN TIGHT CORNER" REPUDIATION TALK DISCOUNTED CANBERRA, Fob. 1?. Sir James Mitchell, Premier of Western Australia, has sent, a cablegram to London for publication in the Newspapers, appealing to British investors for assistance for the Commonwealth.
