KING'S THEATRE TO-NJGHT. "THE LOVE PARADE". ''The Love Panicle*'. Unit sumptuous and exceptional picture starring Maurice Chevalier is the story ot ! a young mafli attached u> the embassy of a mythical kingdom whose exploits in Paris get him in bad. Ha is sent back to his kingdom to report to the Queen, and takes his personal servant witlh him. Just as the master finds favour in the grace if the Queen, so the servant be_ comes friendly with the Queen's maid. It is tfhose two who provide the comedy for the picture. They are Lupino Lane and Lilian Roth. Both of these players are well known on th« stag« and vaudeville. but not so well known to the picture public. But tlhey will he appreciated just the same, and their comedy is sparkling and original. The eccentricity of Lain- will also bring the 'house down. The lahish production of love in a *nytJhical kingdom :ii; a modern, setting is the firs* operetta to ireach the screen and stars Maurice Chevalier. His leadftng lady is Jdaijetto MacDonahl, a newcomer whose beauty will appeal and charm everyone.
