TIMARU MEETING. TIMARU, Last Night. The South Canterbury Jockey Club's spring meeting opened to-day in fine weather. The attendance was large and the track was in good order. The totalisator handled £9186, compared with £8835 on' the opening day of the spring meeting two years ago. Results are:—
