RUSSIAN COAL.
DOPING IN CANADA. OTTAWA, October 13. Canadian importers of Russian coal have informed the Government that importations, with the exception of cargoes n'ow afloat, will cease for the fall and winter mounts. \ The actiug-Premicr, Sir George Parley has announced that if the undertaking of the importers arc net fulfilled, action under the dumping clause of the Customs Act will be taken to prevent further unloadings.
