HEROIN SEIZED REVENUE OFFICERS ACTIVE. DRUG RING AT WORK. HONGKONG, October 13. Revenue officers in the week-end recorded the biggest seizure of heroin ever known at Hong King. Information received from London restated in officers searching the tramp steamer Hilda from Trieste Fifty-two cases were discovered marked jam. They contained cleverly packed heroin, the value of which is estimated at £IOO,OOO. ! The smuggling is believed to be the work of an international dope ring.
