PRICE OF PETROL.
INQUIRY ASKED F'OR. Press Association— Copyright. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night The executive committee of the South Island Motor Union decided to-night to ask the Government to' make investigations into the price , of petrol. It was agreed at tha request of the North Island Union, formed that motorists had not been satisfied with the reply given when, previous occasion. Th e chairman, Mr F. W. Johnston, said the Governtaent should he inpetrol prices were investigated on a to co-operate.
