JAPANESE COURT HAS TO BE CLEARED. (Received 9.40 a.ra.i TDK 10, October 9. The trial has begun ot 33 Communists who were among a thousand; of those arrested in April. The Court was packed with friends, cheering accused as they entered tbo Court. Continued uproar resulted in the clearing of the Court, which was only accomplished after a battle between the police and the audience.
