[pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangamomoua County Council intends, at its ordinary meeting to be held on Monday, August 18th, 1930, at 1 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Whangamomoua, to make,; and levy, under “The Counties’ Act, 1920,” and “Th e Rating Act, 1925,” a General Rate on the rateable value of all the rateable property appearing on the rolls of the respective Ridings of the County of Whangamomona, as follows: Strathmor e Riding, Pivepence (sd) in the pound; Pohokura Riding, Seven pence (7d) in the pound; Central Riding, Nine pence (9d) in the pund; Tahora Riding, sixpence (6d) i'n the pound. Such rates to be for the period commenicng on April Ist, 1930, and ending on March 31st, 1931, and to he payable in one sum on September 15th, 1930, at the County Office, Whangamomona, The Valuation Rolls of the County are open for inspection at the County Office, whangamomona, during office hours.
