(First Race to Start at 11.45 a.m.) 1. LEPPERTON HUNTERS’ HANDIDICAP HURDLES, of SO sovs.— Second horse to receive 15 sovs, a'nd third horse 10 sovs from the stakes. For qaulified Hunters, season 1930. Over six flights of brush hurdles. Nomination 1 sov; acceptance 1 sov. One mile and a half and 100 yards. 2. OPUNAKE SCURRY, of 90 sovs.— Second horse to receive 15 sovs, and third horse 10 sovs from the stakes. Open to horses that have never won a race on the flat at a totalisator meeting at time of starting. Weight Bst. (Nomination, 1 sov; acceptance 1 sov. Five furlongs. 3. MAIDEN HUNTERS’ HANDICAP STEEPLECHASE, of 90 sovs.— First horse to receive 50 sovs in speci e and Cup valued at £10; second horse to receive 20 sovs, and third horse 10 sovs from the stakes. For horses the bona fide property of th e Members of any recognised Hunt Club and which have duly qualified during the season 1930 hy Lady or Gentlemen Members,of any Hunt Club. Minimum weight 7st. 5 TARANAKI HUNT CLUB CUP HANDICAP STEEPLECHASE, of 170 sovs, and a Gold-mounted Whip presented by Mrs A. Lile, of New Plymouth, to the rider of the winner. First horse to receive 100 sovs in specie and a Cup valued at £3O presented by Mr A. Lile, Second horse to receive 25 sovs, and third horse 15 sovs from the stakes. For ciuali lied hunters, season 1930, that have never won a r ac e exceeding in value 250 sovs, to the winner at time of starting (hunters’ races excepted). Minimum weight 10st. A Two-Year-Old Parade will be held after Race 6. Owners and trainers are requested to nominate horses so that they may be included in Official Race Book. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be rehandicapped.
