Hall and Sons, of Buckingham Palace Road, were fiffied 20/- and £lO costs for supplying the Hon. Paul Methven with an Argentine leg of mutton as New Zealand. M r G. D. Roberts, prosecuting on behalf of the New Zealand Meat Board, said the Hon. Methven, who was an investigator of meat for the Ministry of Agriculture, habitually examined all meat sent to bis home.
He turned over the leg and discovered the Argentine brand.
