The Daily Mali correspondent at I ear matt (Switzerland), tiesscribes a clandestine exodus of Italians. He says “while I was talking to a welHtnown alpine guide, forty haggard Italians who "had fled from their own country, trudged * past on their way to France. The guide said'“if this continues there will be "nobody'left in Italy in ten years hence.” He stated that from ten to twenty thousand had crossed the frontier this year. They braved the glaciers and the bullets df the Carabineri. •while groups of ten or twenty ai most daily faced the Fascist vigilance.
