CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB.

Tho Celtic Football. Club’s annual ball was held irt the Town Hall last night and was a 'success in eVfery way. ' The hall was very’ elaborately decorated in the club’s colours, the central design being a four-sided pyramid, from which miles of streamers were led to the Avails' A large ■football, worked in streamers and picked out in coloured lights was another main feature. Chinese lanterns and bunches of greenery added to the' effect. The colours of all the teams in Taranaki were worked into huge rosettes, the work of the Misses Stephen's. Th e supper-room was als 0 gaily decorated, and the supper donated by well-wishers of the club, wa s up to the club’s usual high standard.
