ARMED WITH WATER
MOBILE POLICE TANK. BERLIN, .Tune 24. ' Prussian police arc experimenting with a mobile tank armed with nothing but water. It, resembles an armoured car and is protected by bullet pro.jf plates. There is a gun in *he turret which discharges a lieice stream of water for a distance of 50 yards, damping the ardour of hostilo crowds. As disorders must lie suppressed, it is better that water should flow in the streets than that there should be bloodshed.
