BENEFICIAL RAINS REPORTED NEW YORK, April .17. Kansas City messages state that good rains have greatly revived the wheat crops throughout this area, where for several weeks drought has discouraged farmers. The danger, apparently, was past today with clear weather and norma! spring temperatures over the entire area.
