The annual report and balancesheet, showing a credit of £1 10s lOd, were adopted.

Tho following remit from tho southern division. will ho forwarded to the Rugby Union: That tho Tara, naki Rugby Union be asked to supply free passes to teachers' coaching A, B and 0 teams affiliated to each division. That tho B grade weight limit he fixed at P-st 71h. was a remit from the North and South divisions recommended for inclusion in the constitution. The question of weight limit of the A grade was referred to the southern division. It was stated that the number of boys taking part in organised foot, ball competitions during tho past year was well over 700.
