An aeroplane was used’ to direct detectives to a place in th© scrub where a large number of men were playing twoup in a cleverly camouflaged ring. The school was barricaded with wire entanglements' in which branches of scrub were twined. Upon the approach of the police, scouts posted round the ground began to wave white cloths, then a anoke screen was sent up and’ men were soon fleeing in ail directions. Planes flying low joined jn the chase. Eight men were arrijsled and many articles of clothing and two bicycles were left behind by the decamping players.
