Tlie touring Taranaki howlers were pitted against King Country clubs at Te Kuiti, Otorohanga and Te Awamutu yesterday. King Country was successful by a wide margin, H, Smart being the only visiting skip to score a win. He~pulled his game out of the fire in great style.
