ENTRIES CLOSE TO-NIGHT. Entries for the ar*<ial Show under the auspices of the Stratford Horticultural Society, to be held at , the Town Hall on Saturday, closed at S o’clock this evening with the I Joint secretaries, Mr W. Harris and Mrs P. Dixon, or they may be left with Mr Bert Rawles. There 'is every indication that the Show will bo up to the standard of previous exhibitions by the society, the demand for schedules having this year been greater than usual. . The Show will be open from 1.30 to 5 p.m. and 7to 9.30 p.m. It will be officially onened at 2.30 p.m. by the Mayor, Mr P. Thomson. Tickets in the weight-guessing competition can be procured at Carman’s, in Broadway, where the I cake which is the (subject of the competition can be (seen.
