RAVAGES OF BLIGHT.
Blight in tomatoes is more severe this season in Avondale gardens than it has been for some years. It is reported that one grower has lost liis entire crop of 0000 plants. The main crop of potatoes is) also seriously affected by blight. Indoor grapes ,too are giving growers! some anxiety owing to the prevalence of mildew. Other crops are looking well, particularly stone and pip fruits'.
