BISHOP CLEARY'S ILLNESS
PRAYERS FOR RECOVERY AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. The condition of Bishop Cleaay, the Roman Catholic of Auckland, who has been ill for some weeks, is now giving cause for anxiety. The last Sacraments of the Church were administered this afternoon by Bishop Liston, assisted by Monsignor Cahill. Prayers for Bishop Cleary's recovery are being offared in the Catholic Churches of the Diocese.
