Mr Justice Ostler to-day deliverred his reserved judgment in the case -which John William McCoy, a mining engineer of Auckland, claimed damages from the Aard Motor Services, Ltd., for injuries received in a collision hetween a service car, in which plaintiff was a passenger, and a private car, near Dannevirke. His Honour held that the cause of the accident was the service car driver's negligence, and awarded £1324 damages aga: st defendants.
