aOCTOR CO-RESPONDENT, LONDON, Nov. 29. As a sequel to a Scottish divorce case, which was undefended by the co-respondent, and in which Dr. Angus DugaJd Buchanan formerly of Glasgow, and now in Australia, was ordered to pay £IOOQ damages and costs, the General Medical Council has erased his name from the medical register.Malcolm Campbell, husband of the respondent, denied that [there had been any collusion. He said that after she had made the acquaintance of Dri JJjUchanan, his began to dress better. He thought her absences were due to visits to friends. Mrs. Campbell, in her evidence, said she had been a patient of Dr. Buchanan for four years, during which time misconduct had taken place in hi s surgery, ajt his house and elsewhere. ' She denied having trapped Dr. Buchanan into odultry, or having received money and clothes from him. jOn the contrary, she paid for her I medicine and attendance.

HOW RESPONDENT DRESSED. Donald Buchanafn, a partner of the co-respondent, said his cousin wa s married and had children. Mrs. i Campbell at first dressed like ai working woman, but later on was well dressed. | Mrs. Johnson, a neighbour, said ■she had followed Dr. Buchanan and , Mrs. Campbell every day for three months.
