Mr Gordon, who has been on the sick list for the past fortnight, is about again. Mr W. -Thurston has been home through sickness. .Master Andy Aldrk'J;e /hag quit© recovered from his recent illness.
Mrs Boyle, Stratford, is staying with Mrs Cuthbert.
\V e have to congratulate Miss Olga Aagftaixl audi Miss Tsahelle. Cuthbert, on their success at the Trinity College of Music examination held recently.
The euchre party held at the Forresters' Hall on Tuesday night was a huge success, there being &% tables. Messrs Hannah Ltd. and the Auckland Warehouse donated a trophy of 10s Gel each. A! dance is being held on the Oth instant at Pembroke Road Hall when the points prizes will be, given out.
