FOXTON,, This Day. During am inspection of farm implements at the Westlake hoim= stead, prior to an auction sale, a , prospective buyer discovered wnat appeared to be a blood-stained axe a short distEince from the whare. The police are investigating to ascertain if the stains are human blood.
