Mrs B. Hume left this morning on a visit to Wellington. r i Mr and Miss Manoy, returned last evening from a business trip to. Wellington. Mr W. Leask, of Wellington, who had been on a visit to his aunt, Mrs V. Johnson, left this morning on return to his home. The employees in Mr. J. iSoon's joinery works took the occasion last night to farewell Miss Rita Watson, who occupied the position, of stenographer in the office, and who is vacating her posiition lowing to hdfi parents deciding to reside in New Plymouth. To show their appreciation of the work done by Miss Watson, the staff presented her with % wristlet watch.
