FOOTBALL
A SCHOOL GAME. Playing at Wanganui yesterday a team from the Stralfortl High School defeated the Wanganui Technical College B team by 14 to 5. It was a hard, fast game, played in the best sporting spirit. In the first spell the home team had the better of the game, but the visitors dominated the second spoil. The home team's score consisted of a converted try. For Stratford Weston scored two tries and Horrocks one, one try was converted, and Whiting kicked a penalty goal. The Stratford boys were royally 'entertained during their stay.
