LARGE FIELDS REVIEWED BY "PAPERMONEYV The Waverley Racing Club's meeting takes place to-morrow (Saturday). 1M course will be very heavy. Ten are carded for the Wairoa Handicap, six furlongs. Bonogne, Cool Mint, and Monaghan are a likely trio to be thereabouts over the last furlong. Bione, Golden Flower and Nasselle have been showing some form lately and are sure to Have some inends in the Trial Stakes, six furlongs. A large field has paid up in the Hack Steeplechase, two miles. Huirangi Girl, Airtight and Gilgai may b_e the publics fancies on the machine and should run well. —x — The Patea County Handicap, one mile and a-quarter, has drawn a field of nine. Piuthair is top-weight with 10.7. and is sure to carry plenty of support. Hipo (9.11) is reported to be well and will be hard. Anolo (9.7) is nicely weighted and may be the favourite. Manly (9.5) will a,lso be well supported. Denier (9.3) would be better suited over a shorter distance. Kawhakina, Royal Acre, Monsogne and Mason are all on the 9st mark and Kawhakina looks like doing the best. Anolo, Manly, and Piuthair may be found fighting out the finish. -x — Some Acre, Warflamo and Mark Mint may be the most forward over the last furlong in the Otauri Hack Handicap, six furlongs. —x— Hopwood, Marjoram, and Vinella have recent form and may carry most support in the Kohi Hack Handicap, seven furlongs. —x — Some of the acceptors in the President's Hack Handicap have also accepted for other races on the programme, but if Some Acre, Broxt and Mark Mint go to the post they are sure to go well.
