TO LONDON

KiiG ID QUEER DATE OF RETURN. JOURNEY PLANNED THANKSGIVING SERVICE. Received 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 21. It is officially announced that tbeir Majesties will return to London on July 1. They will travel from Windsor in a closed car as far as Kensington, where, weather permitting they will enter an open landau, with outriders postillions wearing royal livery for a State entry. They will travel by an indirect route to enable the many thousands who certainly desire to do so, to welcome the King's return. It was the King's own desire that an open carriage be used for the final stage if the weather renders it possible. The thanksgiving service in the Abbey has been fixed for July 7. Their Majesties will attend the service and will journey to Sandringham next day, probably spending some time there.—Australian Press Assn., United Service.
