The Feilding Salvation Army Silver Band and Songster Brigade are visit, irig Stratford on Good Friday evening. It has hcen tho custom of these well known musical combinations to do a tour during the Faster vacation, and this year Taranaki is the favoured district. The band has reached a high state of proficiency and is looked upon as a first class combination. The, programme which will be rendered by tbe parly will be a musical treat, the likes of which is seldom heard in. Stratford. Billets are needed for the- members 'of the band and songsters and Ensign Browse would be pleased to hear from anyone who could assist in this way, The party’s activities are set out in the adyertising column.
