PROSPECT OF FAIR WEATHER. The Government Meteorologist (Dr. E. Kidson) telegraphs as follows from Wellington : The indications are for easterly moderate winds and hacking by east to north. There is a prospect of fair weather, which will become wanner. f The barometer has a falling tendency.
