MINISTER OF EDUCATION.
•VISITS STKATFORD TO-MORKOW. Mr \V. J. Poison, M.P'., has been advised that the Minister fo Education, the Hon. H. Atmore, will visit Stratford to-morrow. The Minister was to arrive in Hawera to-day Pom Wanganui, and is due to visit' Eltham to-morrow morning, being due in Stiatfoid later in the day. While in Stratford the Minuter will inspect the schools, and, if possible, will be taken to visit the girls’ hostel of the S.T.H.S. He will also receive a deputation in reference to the Ngaere school. The draw for the semi-final of the Stratford' Club's champion singles competition is as follows: Sayers plays Harris - Skogluud, plays Ausley.
