Presr Association —Copyright, HAMILTON, Tins T»ay. * 'The silting of the lower reaches of the Waikato River has become serious since the Arapuni deviation was effected a year ago, and considerable damage has been done to the farms. A meeting of ratepayers was held at Rangitiki last night, and decided to ask the Minister of PublicWorks to inspect and appoint an engineer to investigate.
