JN pursuance Of the Electoral Act, 1927, aijcl the Licensing Act!, 1908, and their amendments, I, James Joseph William Pooley, Returning Officer for the Licensing District Of Stratford, do hereby give Notice that an Election will be held for the Licensing Committee for the said District; and that the latest hour for receiving eliminations of candidates will be noon on Wednesday, the 27th day of February, 1929; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the 12th day of March, 1929. •Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 110 of thqi Electoral Act, 1927, delivered to the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 27th day of February, 1929.
