KAIL WAY MAN FATALLY INJURED DUNEDIN, Last 1 ’ Night. Charles Edward Petherick, a married man residing in South Dunedin, 47 years of age, while oiling the points in the railway goods yards was knocked down by a shunt of empty waggons this afternoon and was fatally injured.

FAILURE OF MURDER Ctofe BRISBANE, F-abruary 12; Thomas Chrystal was found not guilty of the wilful murder of his son-in-law, Richard Devers, at Woody Point 1 . Accused stated that Devers threatened to' blow up witness and his house.
