FUR TO CLOUDY. The dovommeut Meteorologist (Dr. E. Ividson) telegraphs as follows from Wellington The indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong and backing by west to s'outh and later variable and moderate breezes. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. Barometer rising slowly.
