SOUTH DOUGLAS ROAD LOAN OF' £650. is hereby given 'of the institution of a Special Order authorising raising under the Local Bodies’ Loan Act, a Special Loan of £650 for metalling the Douglas Road from the Makuri Road southward to the present end of the metal. The resolution instituting the above mentioned Special Order will bo confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held at the County Office, Broadway, Strafford, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, the sixteenth day of February, 1929, and shall take effect from and on that date.
