Fred- Lindnim began badly last night in his billiards match with Smithj .adding only a cannon to his break, of 303. Thereafter he was never in the picture. In the afternoon Smith ■ scored 1774 to Lindrurn’s 93.
Scoring at the night session was most rapid, Smith adding 1097, averaging 269 per innings, and Lindnim 634, averaging 211.
