LOAN SELLS: SLOWLY. LONDON, October 30. Subscriptions to. the Sydney loan have not reached expectations, having met with .competition from numerous bilg'd yielding issues, notably th© Peruvian 6 per cent. loan at 91, yielding 136 per cent. allowing for redemption, whereas the Sydney yield is only 107.2. The Peruvian issue was largely ovor-isubscribedl, but the underwriters receive 72 per cent, of the Sydney toan.
