McMillan) lias received the following circular from the Right Hon. the Prime Minister setting out the wishes of His Majesty the .King in regard to t'ho methods of commemoration of Armistice Day:—. The Whole Empire lias united smee the year 1918 in commemorating Armistice Day by a solemn silence of two minutes, beginning at the hour of eleven a.m. in each country, dominion, and dependency.
