DRIVER OF EXPRESS. NEGLIGENCE CAUSES ACCIDENT. (Resceived 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 31. At the inqnes.t on victims o'? the Chlarfield disaster, a verdict was returned that the accident was clue to negligence, the express river Aldington passing the danger signal. Aldington was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter.
