ARMED POLICE SEARCH FOR BANDIT.
HIDING IN A WOOD, NO CLUB SO FAR. (Received 12.15 p.m.) COLOGNE, October 24. Johann Heidger was traced to a wood between Cologne and Dusselderf, where he slopped a youth and demanded bread. Strong bodies of police drafted to the district, armed to the teeth, are beating the wood, thus far without a clue.—Australian Press Assn.
