COAL OWNERS ACCEPT BAVIN’S PROPOSALS
REMISSION OF SHILLING A TON. IN COAL SELLING PRICE. (Received 9.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The coal owners have accepted the Bavin Government’s proposal for the remission of a shilling a ton in the selling price of coal, as their contribution towards the rehabilitation of the coal industry .—Australian Press Assn.
