The front half of the roof of a six-roomed house was ripped off, the side was blown out of a motor garage, outhouses were overtimed, a wireless aerial brought to earth, and flowers and shrubs flattened by a tornado which cut a path cf wreckage through the St. Heliers district at six this morning. Residents states, the visitation was of a startling nature and almjost tropical in its severity.
