For the past two days the Manager and Producer have been inundated with requests for particulars, and Mr Hill says that of those he hag interviewed, the selection of the three lends will he very difficult, because of the excellent types. However, the public will have an opportunity of choosing their own stars, as the tests taken to-n','ght will bo screened next week. Next Friday, the actual "shooting" will commence, and as a "mob'' scene is required, Mr Bill says that here is a chance to show the world, or at least Now Zealand, that all Stratford people are great screen artists- The day and time of "shopping" these scenes will he advertised at a later date, andj the assistance of the whole population of Stratford on those days would he greatly appreciated by the producers. As well as producing the comedydrama, "Susie of Stratford," Mr Hill is going to make a seven hundred feet scenic to "boost" Stratford through New Zealand, and, the best of this film, will he incorporated in a big all-New Zealand scenic which will be toured and lectured overseas.
