AIR MANOEUVRES. f PLANES crash. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. (Received 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, August 16. The Air manoeuvres had an exciting conclusion to-night when three 'planes crashed in: various parts of Londdfl.
