Prisoners were sentenced as under at the Supreme Court: Henry Edward Duncan Phillips for false .pretences, 12 months’ gaol; George Perry, for sheepstealing, two years’ reformative detention; William luancis Thomas Randle, a bank clerk, for theft of money, two years’ reformative detention; Frederick Burns, for theft of beer, one month’s gaol.
